2. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition and packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- You notify us of the return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date
Note: The 14-day return right applies to customers in the EU under the Consumer Rights Directive. Custom-built or modified products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or ridden electric bikes
- Bikes showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Custom orders or modified bikes
- Clearance or promotional items marked “non-refundable”
- Items returned after 14 days without prior approval
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at info@anbormotorsports.eu with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- We will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or faulty product)
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bike or product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
- We will offer repair, replacement, or a full refund depending on the situation
7. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@anbormotorsports.eu with proof of issue.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping with no penalty. If your order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.
9. Shipping Returns
Please do not return any item without first contacting us for authorization and instructions.
When returning an item:
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt
- Ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage in transit
