  • Selected international destinations (please contact us before ordering)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

FREE shipping may be available on selected bikes and promotions within the EU. Please check our homepage or contact us for current offers.


6. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package using the courier’s online tracking tool.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.

7. Delivery Conditions

  • All bikes are shipped fully assembled or partially assembled (depending on model and location) and securely packed.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to rearrange or deliver to a local depot.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For shipments within the EU, VAT is included in the product price — no extra charges apply.
  • For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the item.
  2. Contact us immediately at info@anbormotorsports.eu with your order number and evidence.
  3. We will open a case with the courier and assist you with a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

10. Changes to Shipping Address

To change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before dispatch only. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
